Loyalo provides loyalty tooling to businesses. Stamps and coins are loyalty units of the issuing business only — they are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred between customers, and cannot be pooled across businesses.
All loyalty value is credited solely at the discretion of the business after manual review of your claim and invoice. Businesses may approve, edit, reject or request more information on any claim, and may block abusive customers.
Fraudulent claims (fake bills, duplicates, abuse) may lead to account suspension. Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term and never auto-renew; see the refund policy for cancellations.
