How do customers earn?
They scan your branch QR, upload a photo of their bill, and you approve the claim. Nothing is credited automatically — you always verify first.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Loyalo runs in the mobile browser and can optionally be added to the home screen like an app.
What stops fake or shared claims?
Every claim needs a real invoice photo plus its number, date and amount, and must be approved by you or authorised staff. QR codes can be rotated instantly.
Are coins real money?
No. Stamps and coins are loyalty units of your business only — no cash-out, no transfers, no pooling across businesses.
Can staff approve claims?
Yes. Invite staff by phone and give them per-branch permissions to review claims, confirm redemptions or view customers.
How does the free trial work?
You get 5 days free with no card required — set up your programs, print your counter QR and approve real claims. When it ends, pick a monthly plan from ₹699/month or let it lapse; your data is kept either way.
What's included free with Pro?
Pro includes one month of the Loyalo CRM and the Business OS user-analytics package at no extra cost, on top of everything in Growth.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Never. Plans are prepaid one month at a time. If it expires, your data is kept and customers simply can't submit new claims until you renew.
What are stamps and coins?
Stamps count visits (e.g. 5 visits → free coffee). Coins are earned per rupee spent (e.g. 1 coin per ₹10) and redeemed against a catalogue you define.
What if a claim looks wrong?
Reject it with a reason, request more info (the customer can re-upload once), or edit the bill amount before approving. Pending claims auto-expire after 7 days by default.
How does redemption work?
The customer taps Redeem and gets a 6-digit code valid for 10 minutes. Your staff enters it in the dashboard and confirms. Coins are reserved while the code is open, so they can't be double-spent.
Can I export my customers?
Yes — owners can export a CSV of all customers with balances and claim counts at any time.
